Power Supply Transformer

What do i need other than a flyback transformer to make a power supply?
I already have a flyback transformer, but what else do i need to make a power supply that makes a big arc of electricity?
You will not in general obtain a great deal of power output from these transformers ( output voltage in KV and output current in mA).
You could try using a solid state driver circuit to power the LOPT although this may involve rewinding the flyback primary. You will need to refer to manufacturers data sheet for PIN configuration etc.
I would suggest you use the flyback transformer as the primary voltage source for a modest tesla coil if you want to generate some sparks!
